Creator program terms

Eligibility and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Links and dashboard access become available only after administrative review. Participation may be paused or ended for policy, fraud, supplier, or compliance reasons.

Disclosures and truthful promotion

• Clearly and prominently disclose the affiliate relationship wherever a tracked link or recommendation appears.
• Use only approved links, scripts, creative assets, and factual supplier-approved claims.
• Do not publish fake reviews, fabricated screenshots, false testimonials, or misleading income, earnings, scarcity, performance, or product claims.
• Do not manipulate attribution, clicks, leads, reviews, testimonials, or conversions.

Claims and excluded monetized categories

• Do not make medical, financial, legal, credit, housing, or employment claims or imply guaranteed outcomes in those areas.
• The creator program does not permit monetized offers for health, weight loss, prescription products, finance, legal services, insurance, cryptocurrency, gambling, adult content, or weapons.
• Informational directory listings are not permission to promote, monetize, or make claims about an excluded category.

Traffic, advertising, and outreach

• Do not bid on supplier or brand terms unless the supplier has explicitly permitted brand bidding.
• Do not use spam, scraping, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other misleading traffic methods.
• Do not use incentivized traffic unless Optimization Pilot and the supplier have explicitly allowed it for that offer.
• Paid ads require advance written approval from Optimization Pilot and must also be allowed by the supplier’s current terms.
• Follow each supplier’s current rules for traffic sources, paid social, search advertising, sub-affiliates, geography, and creative claims.

Attribution and commissions

Only tracked, supplier-confirmed, and eligible conversions earn commission. Pending, rejected, reversed, fraudulent, untracked, or out-of-window activity is not payable. The dashboard records the applicable allocation, status, lock date, and payout history.

Payout eligibility

Payouts require an active account, accepted terms, verified payout details, and a clear fraud review. Payments are processed manually after supplier approval and the applicable refund or reversal window. Corrections and reversals remain auditable.
