Recruiter program terms

Direct recruits only

A recruiter may receive an override only for a creator directly attributed to that recruiter when the creator applies. Multi-level, downstream and reassigned recruitment is not eligible unless an audited administrative correction is approved.

Override

The default and maximum program override is 10% of Optimization Pilot's platform margin for eligible commissions generated by a direct recruit for up to 12 months. Your account shows the agreed rate and duration before you accept these terms. It is never calculated from gross supplier commission and never reduces the creator's recorded share.

Eligibility

Overrides require an active recruiter, accepted terms, verified payout details, a clear fraud review, an active eligible creator, and an approved payable underlying conversion. Rejected, reversed, ineligible or out-of-window activity does not earn an override.

Conduct

• Do not promise guaranteed approval, earnings or traffic.
• Do not create fake or duplicate creator accounts.
• Do not manipulate attribution or claim creators you did not directly recruit.
• Use the issued invite link and accurate program disclosures.
